Sleep · rest · night-time overthinking
Hypnotherapy for sleep problems.
Racing mind at bedtime, waking at 3am, or a sleep routine that has fallen apart. We work on the patterns that keep you wired when you need to rest. Online worldwide via Zoom.
From £80 per session.
An individual session is £80. A block of four is £280 (£70 each). A free consultation call lets us check whether this approach fits before you book.
When the day ends but your mind does not
Poor sleep is exhausting, and trying harder often makes it worse.
Many people come with a busy head at night, early waking, dread of bedtime, or a cycle of catching up at weekends that never quite resets. Anxiety and stress often sit underneath; sometimes the habit of ‘checking if you are asleep yet’ has become the problem.
Clinical hypnotherapy can help settle the nervous system, shift night-time thought loops, and rebuild a relationship with sleep that feels less like a fight.
Calm the system, then rebuild the routine.
We look at what happens in the hour before bed, what your mind does when you wake, and what you want nights to feel like instead.
Sessions are confidential and practical. Hypnotherapy is the core method; where anxiety, habits or lifestyle factors are part of the picture, we include them.
This is therapeutic support, not a medical sleep clinic. If symptoms suggest a medical issue, we signpost appropriately.
Progress you can feel the next day
The goal is not perfect sleep. It is nights that recover more easily, and days that feel less depleted. You choose how many sessions you need.
You do not need to explain everything in writing.
A first message can be brief. Say you would like a confidential conversation, add a few words about what is going on, and we take it from there.
