What sessions are actually like
People often expect therapy to be heavy going. Mine usually isn't. Sessions are warm and conversational — we laugh, we get curious, and we move at a pace that suits you. Most people leave having found something genuinely interesting about how their own mind works, rather than feeling wrung out.
Direct and human aren't opposites. I'll tell you what I think, we'll do real work, and it will mostly feel like a good conversation with someone who has been doing this for 27 years.
