These sessions are for sex, intimacy, relationships, and men's sexual health, for individuals and couples. If you're not sure which you need, the free call is where we sort that out.
One session on Zoom. A sensible place to start if you want to see how we work before you commit to more.
Four sessions, which works out at £70 each. Most people choose this one, because it gives the work time to settle in rather than trying to do everything in a single hour.
If you're a student or on a low income, get in touch and we'll talk about what would make it workable. I'd rather you asked than decided you can't afford to start.
What sessions are actually like
People often expect therapy to be heavy going. Mine usually isn't. Sessions are warm and conversational. We laugh, we get curious, and we move at a pace that suits you. Most people leave having found something genuinely interesting about how their own mind works, rather than feeling wrung out.
Direct and human aren't opposites. I'll tell you what I think, we'll do real work, and it will mostly feel like a good conversation with someone who has been doing this for 27 years.
Why I keep my rates grounded
You might notice my fees are lower than the typical clinic rate. This is intentional. By working from my dedicated home practice, I avoid high commercial overheads. I prefer to pass those savings directly to you, so you pay for the expertise, not the postcode.

How much does a session cost?
An individual clinical hypnotherapy or psychosexual health session is GBP 80.
Do you offer a multi-session package?
Yes. A block of 4 sessions is GBP 280, which works out at GBP 70 per session.
Can I ask about lower-cost options?
Yes. If you are a student or on a low income, contact me and we can discuss discounted rates.
